With 32 years in database and software development, 24 years of business analysis, 17 years managing developers, 15 years in solutions architecture (e-commerce / integration), and 5 years as principal pre-sales consultant while running a digital marketing agency managing a portfolio of 450 websites, Paul is an accomplished technical all-rounder with a broad wingspan of technologies. Having hired over 260 remote staff, he has developed a specialty in offshore developer management, which easily translated into managing teams of AI agents.

Microsoft, Google, ITIL and Scrum certified, he has over 10 years experience in Financial Markets, including the Reserve Bank of Australia, APRA, Rothschilds, BHP Billiton, Calyon, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland, St George Bank, NSW Corrective Services and Illawarra Credit Union, and EDS, where he managed a team of 40 developers. He has also consulted for RXP Services, CBA, Westpac, Qantas, AMP and KPMG.
